About this place
Concrete Bar offers plenty of choice for diners looking for more than a drink. The menu includes fried chicken, available in portions of 3, 6 or 9 pieces, as well as a chef’s selection of five charcoal-grilled skewers. There are options for a light snack or a plate to share. For something more substantial, choose from yakisoba, yaki udon, udon in thickened sauce or a pork-and-kimchi rice bowl. Smaller dishes include thick fried tofu with ponzu, ham katsu (2 slices) and potato salad.
Drinks include beer, shochu, sake and whisky, as well as chuhai in flavours such as lemon, green apple and shikuwasa. The menu lists a Kakuhai highball at ¥600 and a chef’s-choice chuhai at ¥400; soft drinks are also available for ¥400. Visitor accounts mention choosing music to enjoy and seating at the counter or in a tatami room upstairs. The bar could suit a meal and drinks with friends or a late-night stop for one more round. It is open daily from 21:00 until 8:00 the following morning.
